Grandma and Papaw came to Georgia for a weekend of spoiling! They hadn't seen Slade since Christmas and could not believe how much he'd grown. Of course, in true grandparent style, the spoiling stated the moment they walked in the door and Slade could not have been happier about that! They gave him his first Easter Basket and Easter Bunny! He loved the bunny cars that fit perfectly in his mouth and the bath duck that quacked!We had a relaxing weekend just spending time together at the house. Slade enjoyed the endless hours of play time and the unlimited wagon rides with Grandma and Papaw!
Unfortunately the rain came, so a shopping we went. Grandma bought Slade an adorable new outfit and he experienced his first ride in the mall jeep. He wasn't all that impressed, but I'm sure those days are numbered. Certain he'll be screaming to ride these things one day...we'll just let that be a Grandparent thing:) Shopping just wears a little boy out below!
Grandma and Papaw had a great time with Slade at bath time, getting him up in the mornings and at nap times, feeding him, enjoying all the fun things he's doing...waving, talking, saying DaDa and just being Slade! It was an awesome weekend and Slade can't wait for the next spoil fest!
